探讨血清1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇和糖化血清蛋白对妊娠期糖代谢异常的诊断价值 被引量:1

The diagnostic value of 1,5-Anhydro-D-glucitol and glucosylated serum protein in abnormal glucometabolism in pregnancy

摘要 目的探讨糖化血清蛋白(GSP)及1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-AG)在妊娠期糖代谢异常诊断中的价值。方法对正常妊娠组、糖筛查异常组及糖耐量异常组进行空腹葡萄糖、口服葡萄糖50g筛选、GSP、1,5-AG测定。结果糖筛查异常组GSP水平为(154±18)μmol/L、糖耐量异常组GSP水平为(157±26)μmol/L,与正常妊娠组[(136±30)μmol/L]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖筛查异常组和糖耐量异常组1,5-AG水平分别为(57.3±30.2)μmol/L、(45.2±25.7)μmol/L,显著低于正常妊娠组水平[(84.5±35.6)μmol/L,P<0.01]。结论GSP、1,5-AG可作为妊娠期糖代谢异常筛查及诊断指标。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of glucosylated serum protein(GSP) and 1,5-Anhydro-D- glucitol (1,5-AG) in abnormal glucometabolism in pregnancy. Methods The fasting blood glucose (FBG), 50 g glucose challenge test( GCT), GSP, 1,5-AG in normal pergnancy group, abnormal GCT pergnancy group and abnormal o- ral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) pregnancy group were determined. Results The levels of GSP in abnormal GCT preg-nancy group and abnormal OGTT group were (154±18) μmol/L, (157±26) μmol/L respectively, and they were significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy group ([136±30]μmol/L,P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of 1,5-AG abnormal GCT pregnancy group and abnormal OGTT group were (57.3±30.2)μmol/L and (45.2±25.7)μmol/L respectively, and they were significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group ([84.5±35.6 ] μmol/L, P〈0.01 ). Conclusions GSP and 1,5-AG are indicators for screening and diagnosing pregnant glucometabolism abnormality.
