摘要
采用文献资料、调查访问、影像解析等方法,分析我国自由式滑雪空中技巧女队备战第21届冬奥会的形势,探讨由此应采取的相应对策。结果:中国女队备战第21届冬奥会将面临有史以来最好形势;为确保届时夺取金牌,三周选手中除郭心心应改进与提高7.85动作外,至少还应再培养1名三周高手;两周选手中李妮娜的7.05动作不可放弃,同时要适度加难,其他选手亟需提高动作难度。
Using documentation, investigation and interviews, video study and so on, the authors analyzed the situation in which the national female team of aerials freestyle skiing is preparing for the 21st Olympic Winter Games and worked out some strategies. The paper resulted in the following consequence：Chinese female team preparing for the 21st Olympic Winter Games would be in the best situation. The double somersault player GUO Xin-xin should improve the movement 7.85, and we should foster another triple somersault player at least in order to gain the gold; The double somersault player LI Nina should preserve the movement 7.05, at the same time raise the difficulty. Other players should raise the movement difficuhy quickly.
