摘要
近年来,随着高校对高层次人才资源竞争的日趋激烈,我国高校人才流动中的"马太效应"和"边际效应"也日益显著。本文以微观经济学理论为基础,从教育资源、科研资源、发展空间等几个方面入手,分析了我国高校人才流动中的"马太效应"与"边际效用"的成因,阐明了"马太效应"与"边际效用"的交互作用,对于高校人才流动形成的消极影响。分别从国家政策层面和高校政策层面,提出了三项对策。
The matthew efficacy and marginal utility of personnel flows are more and more salient m recent years due to the intense competition on higher level human resource among colleges. Based on the theory of microeconomics, this paper analyses the causes of matthew efficacy and marginal utility of per- sonnel flows from the viewpoints of the education resource, research resource, and the development perspectives. The negative features produced by the integrating effectiveness of matthew efficacy and marginal utility are illustrated in this paper, and three countermeasures are put forward from levels of state policy and college policy.
