螺杆泵井变频防抽空配套技术研究与应用

摘要 螺杆泵井变频防抽空配套技术包括变频防抽空控制技术和大级数螺杆泵应用技术两部分。其中,螺杆泵变频防抽空控制装置是在常规变频器的基础上增设了流量信号采集转换系统和信号处理控制指令系统,流量信号采集转换系统由井口流量检测阀和流量信号采集转换器组成。大庆油田杏北开发区400多口井的推广应用表明,该项技术拓宽了螺杆泵井的调参范围,有利于协调油井的供排关系,提升了螺杆泵井的防抽空能力,平均单井系统效率提高6.35%,吨液百米耗电下降0.37kW·h。 The variable frequency pumping-off prevention accessory technology for progressive cavity pump well includes variable frequency pumping-off prevention control technology and big-stage progressive cavity pump technology. And the flowrate signal acquisition conversion system and signal treatment control command system are added in the variable frequency pumping-off prevention control equipment based on the common variable frequency device. The flowrate signal acquisition conversion system consists of wellhead flowratedetection valve and flowrate signal acquisition conversion device. The application in 400 wells in Daqing Oilfield shows that the technology widens the parameter-adjusting range of progressive cavity pump well, which is conducive to coordinating the relationship of supplying and discharging of oil wells and improving the pumping-off prevention ability of progressive cavity pump well. The average system efficiency of single well increases by 6.35% and the electricity consumption per hundred meters per ton decreases by 0.37 kW·h.
