摘要
表面多孔换热管是近年来发展的一种很有前途的沸腾传热强化技术,它能够长期稳定地强化沸腾传热,对表面多孔换热管结垢特性的研究是今后改进该技术并且进行推广的前提。重点阐述了近年来国内外学者在该方面的研究现状,对各种结垢机理进行了分析归纳;对表面多孔换热管和污垢的知识做了介绍,并对已经进行了工业化生产的2种表面多孔管的特性和应用情况进行了分析。最后提出了表面多孔换热管结垢研究的新方向和今后发展应注意的一些问题。
The study of fouling characteristic of surface porous tube is a prerequisite for improving this technology of heat transfer enhancement. A detailed literature review in this field is provided in this paper. The fouling mechanism of porous surface tube is analyzed to explain the results from the test and industrial process. The knowledge on surface porous tube and fouling is introduced to understand this technology well. Besides, some problems of the study of fouling of surface porous tube are discussed. Finally some advices are given to utilize this technology of heat transfer in the future.
