泥蚶无水低温保活技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 以清洗吐沙以及低温驯化后的泥蚶为研究对象,进行了以低温保活为主的研究。在不同湿度条件下,对泥蚶在冰温保藏温度下,冷藏温度为4、8℃和冰块堆积条件下的保活效果进行了大量的实验。实验结果表明:冰温保藏效果最好;冰藏是最简单有效的方法;4℃保活效果较好;控制湿度对泥蚶保活效果有一定的影响。在分析过程中充分考虑了各种其他因素对实验的影响,并找到最佳保活方法。 The technique of keeping Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus alive at low temperature was studied. Keeping Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus alive at the temperature of ice point, 4, 8℃ and ice preservation and at different humidity were studied. The results showed that preservation at the temperature of ice point had the best effect; iced preservation was simple and available ; it had good effect at 4℃;it had some influence on keeping Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus alive to control humidity, Many other facts were also considered in the process of analysis in order to find the best way of keeping Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus alive.
