摘要 目的:分析葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome,SSSS)的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析152例SSSS患儿的临床资料。结果:绝大部分SSSS患儿均具有触痛性红斑、松弛性大疱、表皮剥脱;102例患儿眼周首发红斑,135例患儿口周首发红斑及放射状裂纹;另各有3例患儿分别表现为泛发性大疱、弥漫性红斑。结论:眼周红斑、口周红斑伴放射状裂纹及皮肤触痛可提示本病诊断。 Objective: To describe the clinical features of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome (SSSS). Methods: The clinical data from 152 children with SSSS were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Most of the patients showed tender erythema, flaccid bullae and exfoliation, Periorhital erythema was found to be the first manifestation in 102 children with SSSS. Perioral erythema and perioral radial crusting and fissuring as the first symptoms was observed in 135 children with SSSS. In addition,3 children with SSSS exhibited generalized bullae and diffuse erythema. Condusion: Periorbital erythema, perioral erythema accompanied by perioral radial fissuring and skin tenderness were suggestive of the diagnosis of SSSS.
