摘要
针对当前锚杆支护作用机理尚未完全清晰的现实,采用数学与力学相结合、理论分析及数值模拟与工程实测相结合的方法,利用RFPA2D岩石破裂过程分析系统软件,对神华集团乌达矿区五虎山煤矿9号煤层巷道围岩变形和破坏过程进行了动态仿真模拟,研究了锚杆支护设计方法和合理设计程序问题,建立了基于可靠性的巷道锚杆支护动态设计理论,开发了基于可靠性的巷道锚杆支护动态设计计算机辅助系统,通过工业试验,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the unclear reality of bolting mechanism at present, the authors adopt methods of combining mathematics with mechanics, theoretical analysis with numerical simulation and engineering field measurement to simulate the dynamic process of rock deformation and failure in the roadways of the No. 9 Seam, in Wuhushan Coalmine by using the software "rock failure process analysis system (RFPAS)", research the problems of the design method for bolting and the rational design procedure, set up the dynamic design theory of roadway bolting based on the reliability theory, and develop its computer-aided system. The conclusion, by industrial test, is that it has the favorable economic benefit and social effects.
