摘要
研究了锌铝硅合金ZA27X的组织性能及钠变质作用。通过理论分析和试验,发现和铝硅合金一样,锌铝硅合金中的初生硅经钠处理后可由块状变成球状,而共晶硅则以杆状在硅球上形成及生长。试验表明,这种球硅增强的锌铝硅合金不仅具有好的耐磨性。
This paper presents the morphology,properties,and Na modification of ZA27SiX alloyIt is discovered throuth experiments that the primary silicon phase in Zn-Al-Si alloy may become nodule by sodium treatment as in Al-Sialloy, while eutectic silicon phase may grow on the nodular silicon surface in the form of fibre The ZA27 alloy containing nodular silicon phase is proved to possess higher wearand heatresistance
