摘要
后开发区时代重点要解决的问题是如何形成在全球处于领先地位的产业领域,建立一套适合园区自身发展的模式。中国开发区为改革开放作出了历史性的贡献,在进入后开发区时代的高级发展阶段,开始迈向多功能综合性产业区和世界一流的科学园区。走新型工业化、新型城市化道路,成为中国开发区的必然选择。
The key issue we need to resolve in the post-development zone period is how to establish a global leading industry chain and develop a growth pattern suitable for the industry park. The development zones have made historical contribution to China＇s reform, which is to become comprehensive industry parks and world-class scientific parks in post-development zone period. It is an inevitable choice for development zones to take the road of new industrialized city.
