摘要
通过对医院管理职业化的重要性、目前我国医院管理和管理者的现状、探索职业化路径以及职业化培养效果等情况的回顾、分析与总结,重点分析了医院中层管理人员职业化培训的内容、方式、效果以及存在的问题,针对性地提出了改进的建议与措施,以期能够显著提高中层管理人员职业化培养的有效性,加快中层管理队伍建设,为中国卫生事业改革与发展提供助推力。
The status of hospital administrator professionalism and its training effectiveness were discussed. The content, mode, effectiveness and problems in hospital middle level administrator professionalism training were analyzed. Suggestions well presented to find more appropriate and effective ways to promote professionalism for middle level supervisor in hospital and help health system reform.
