摘要
高炉冷和壁进入晚期工作临界点后有一个快速破损期,为水管结垢热阻增大所致。文中讨论了水管中垢瘤的生成机理和结垢对高炉操作的影响,以及冷却壁宏观破损过程的成因。
When for cooling stave a critical point of its later service period is reached the accelerated breakage will be occurred , it was caused by incrustation formed on the water pipe and therefore increased of the thermal resistance. This article discusses the mechanism of incrustation and its effect on the operation of BF , as well as the causes of the cooling stave macrobreakage course.
