摘要
沈阳奥林匹克体育中心体育场工程屋盖为大跨钢结构。其主要构件超重、超长,主桁架跨度大、高度高,吊装难度大。双曲形钢屋架采用现场拼装、分段吊装的方法进行施工,屋面钢管桁架又分为主拱桁架、外围环拱桁架和平行弦桁架,详细介绍了其制作、拼装和吊装工艺。同时对其平面控制点和高程控制点进行放线、测量定位的控制,指出了测量控制的难点和质量控制措施。最后制定钢结构卸载方案,用有限元计算软件MIDAS对卸载过程进行分析计算,以验证卸载方案的安全合理性,确保了整体工期和经济效益。
Large-span steel structure was used in Shenyang Olympic Sports Center Stadium, and the main components were super heavy and long. They were difficult to hoist because of theirs large span and high altitude. The hyperbolic steel roof truss was assembled on-site and multi-stage hoisted, which was composed of main arch truss, periphery circle arch truss and parallel chords truss. All making, assembhng and hoisting technologies of three parts were introduced in detail. At the same time, expanding and location difficulties and quality control measures of horizontal control points and elevation control points were proposed. Based on the steel structures unloading scheme, unloading process was analyzed by software MIDAS to guarantee the safety and rationality of unloading scheme. The whole construction periods and economic benefit are ensured.
