摘要
广州歌剧院外围护钢结构为空间组合折板式三向斜交网格结构,建筑外形新颖,结构形式复杂,施工难度较大。根据结构特点,采用胎架支撑、高空原位拼装的方法进行钢结构安装。但是由于安装时履带吊需要在地下室顶板上行走,经计算需要对楼板进行加固,采用了相关计算及加固措施。然后,根据受力特点设计了支撑胎架。最后,利用ANSYS模拟结构卸载过程,确定合理的卸载参数后,采用同步分级逐步卸载方法对胎架进行卸载。
Combinative spatial folded plated type three-direction skew lattice structure was used in steel external enclosure protection of Guangzhou Opera. It was difficult to be constructed because of its novel building shape and complex structure. The steel structure was supported by frame and installed on-site at high altitude according to structure characteristics. Based on calculating, basement floor need reinforcing when crawler- crane work on it, and corresponding calculation and reinforcement measures were introduced. Then, supporting frame was designed according to loading characteristics. At last, unloading process was simulated by software ANSYS to gain reasonable unloading parameters, and synchronization multi-stages unloading scheme was made to unload supporting frame.
