摘要
对57例鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤（NIP）进行了手术治疗，其临床特点是病程长，症状非特异性，手术后局部复发率高（52.6％），恶变率高（42.1％）。作者认为，手术治疗是一种有效的治疗方法，切除范围宜大，以利于降低局部复发率和恶变率。
In this clinical study, 57 cases of nasal inverted papilloma (NIP) were done by surgcal treatment. The characters of the tumor were the long - term illness history and non -singularity of clinical symptoms. The recurrence rate was high (52. 6%, 30/57 ), and the malignant - changing rate was also higher (42. 1 %, 24/57). In author s oppinions,resections is the adventage therapy for NIP. The lesions should be removed by enblocexcision in order to reduce the recurrence rate as well as the malignant - changing rate.
