晶状体混浊对蓝/黄视野检测老年早期青光眼患者视野缺损的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨晶状体混浊对蓝/黄视野检测老年早期青光眼视野缺损的影响。方法将60例(60只眼)原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者按晶状体混浊程度分组(A组:晶状体透明度良好;B组:晶状体轻度混浊;C组:晶状体混浊明显)。应用Humphrey全自动视野分析仪同期分别行W/WP和B/YP检查,针对平均缺损(MD)、平均敏感度(MS)、模型标准差(PSD)三项视野指数的测定,进行两种视野检查结果的相关性分析。结果A、B、C组中B/Y-MS明显低于W/W-MS(P<0.01)。B/Y-MD明显高于W/W-MD(P<0.01)。PSD-P>0.01,无显著性差异。结论临床应用B/YP视野检测对晶状体混浊程度较轻的早期青光眼患者能作出较好的预测。
