甲基丙烯酸钠熔融法接枝ABS的研究

摘要 采用熔融法将甲基丙烯酸钠接枝丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS),研究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、反应时间和温度对接枝率的影响。并通过热重分析、氧指数、力学性能测试等手段研究了接枝 ABS 的性能变化。结果表明,熔融法接枝 ABS 的引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)最佳用量为0.4 mol/L,反应时间为2 h,反应温度不高于120℃。接枝后 ABS 的力学性能降幅不大,阻燃性能有一定提高,且对 ABS 与十溴二苯醚/三氧化二锑的共混体系具有一定的增容作用。 Sodium methacrylate was grafted onto acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) in melt. The effect of monomers concentration, initiator concentration, reacting time, and temperature on grafting rate was studied. The performance of grafted ABS was researched by TG, oxygen index instrument, and mechanical property measurement. The optimal grafting condition was di(isopropyl benzene) peroxide (DCP) 0.4 mol/L, reacting time 2 h, and reacting temperature below 120℃. The grafted ABS exhibited enhanced flame retardant performance, with little cost of mechanical properties. The grafting also improved the compatibilization between ABS and decabromodiphenyl oxide/antimony trioxide system.
