摘要
脊柱外科通过运用以普通护士、责任护士、护士长为主的三级质量控制体系对压疮进行管理,使病人在院压疮发生率降为零,院外带入压疮的好转和治愈率均有明显提高。从而保证了病人安全,提高了护理质量,达到了"医院管理年"对压疮的要求,也收到了较好的社会效益和经济效益。
By applying Three-level quality control （general nine-primary nursehead nurse） in pressure ulcer nursing in vertebral column surgery department , the incidence rate of pressure ulcer in hospital decreased to zero and pressure ulcer occun＇ed before admission improved and cured. By doing so, the patients＇ health was Guaranteed, the nursing quality improved, the requirements of the ＂hospital management year＂ were met ,and the society and economic advantages were obtained.
