摘要
利用硅烷偶联剂(LM-N308)对纳米ZnO进行了有机表面改性。采用红外光谱(IR)、热分析(TG-DTA)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、润湿性实验等对表面改性前后的纳米ZnO进行了表征。红外光谱和高分辨透射电镜结果表明,在纳米ZnO表面有LM-N308的存在,并形成了有机包覆层。润湿性实验表明,经LM-N308表面改性的纳米ZnO由亲水性变成了疏水性。
Organic surface modification on nano-ZnO with coupling reagent LM-N308 was studied. The prepared samples were characterized by FTIR, TG-DTA, HRTEM and the wetting experiment. According to the spectra of FTIR and HRTEM, it was inferred that the LM-N308 was bound on the surface of nanosized ZnO particles and an organic coating layer also form. The wetting experiment showed that the surface property of nano-ZnO modified with LM-N308 was changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.
