通过PDCA循环在酸乳质量管理中的应用,具体分析了质量存在问题、造成质量不良的原因、采取改进措施、建立操作性前提方案、实施操作性前提方案、检验措施及验证,使酸乳质量得以保障和提高。
Through the application of PDCA in the yogurt quality management, analyse the specific problems of quality in detail and the reason of the poor quality, adopt the upswing measure, establish the operational premise scheme, and then put in practice. Verify and validate the measure, in order to guarantee and improve the quality of yogurt.
