贫困地区中小学教师培训效果调查研究——以山西左权县为个案

摘要 中小学教师培训的质量直接关系着新课改的全面实施和效果。受贫困地区条件制约,教师培训的质量亟待提高。本文选取左权县中小学教师培训现状为主要研究对象,分析目前存在的困难与原因之后提出对策建议,以期对问题的解决有所启示。
