摘要
通过对国内有代表性的冷补沥青混合料的室内检测试验,分析了冷补沥青混合料强度的形成特点,指出了影响其强度形成的内外在因素。针对冷补沥青混合料的特点,参考有关规范标准拟定了粘附性、初始和成型强度试验、高温稳定性试验和水稳定性试验方法,并进行了相关验证试验,其中高温稳定性试验温度采用路面温度场计算分析确定。提出了寒区冷补沥青混合料的试验检测方法及评价指标,为冷补沥青混合料的选择和施工提供了技术支持。
The intensity forming characteristics of the cold-patch bituminous mixture are analyzed based on the detect test on the representative cold-patch bituminous mixture at home and abroad Also, the internal and external influence factors to the intensity forming are pointed out. Aiming at the characteristics of the cold-patch bituminous mixture, the adhesive, initial and molding intensity, high temperature stability and water stability test methods are studied out referring to the correlative specification and standard. In addition, the pertinent experiments are carried out to validate the methods mentioned above. And the temperature in high stability experiment is determined and analyzed by pavement field. Moreover, the detect method and evaluation index of the cold-patch bituminous mixture in cold region are presented in the paper, which can provide the technical support for the choice of cold-patch bituminous mixture and construction.
