摘要
针对现有传感器技术的教学现状,结合工程实际制作了基于组态王的传感器实验台监控系统。该系统由装有组态王软件的上位计算机与PCI板卡和下位传感器串口通信,可以实时监测温度、湿度、压力、位移、转速等五个参数,并对被控对象进行数字显示和组态监控。实践证明,该实验装置充分模拟了传感器在工业现场的控制过程,操作简单、人机界面友好,获得了较好的实验效果。
In accordance with the current status of the education on sensor technology, the monitoring system of sensor testing bed based on Kingview is setup by combining practice of projects. The system is composed of the host computer with configuration software of Kingview installed, PCI beard, and sensors communicating through serial port. The system monitors five parameters in real time, i. e, temperature, humidity, pressure, displacement, and rotating speed, and displays in digital mode for controlled objects based on configuration. The practice shows that this experiment device fully simulates the control process of the sensor in actual industrial production line, and the user-friendly man-machine interface is easy to the operators. Satisfied effects are obtained.
