脂肪细胞因子与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着动脉硬化研究的深入,脂肪组织与动脉硬化的关系显得越来越密切。目前已经明确认识到脂肪组织不仅只是一个能量储存器官,也是一个重要的内分泌器官,能够以旁自分泌和远距分泌方式分泌生物活性因子或因子样分子,被称为脂肪细胞因子(adipocytokine),包括瘦素(1eptin)、抵抗素(resistin)、脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等,它们影响胰岛素敏感性、血压水平、内皮功能、纤溶活动及炎症反应,参与调节机体的重要病理生理过程。脂肪细胞因子不仅可以通过影响传统危险因素促进动脉粥样硬化的发生,还可以作用于血管壁组织,通过影响血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和单核/巨噬细胞,从多环节影响动脉粥样硬化的进程。
