摘要
图书馆的内部管理仅有规章制度远远不够,因为制度本身具有永远无法涵盖周全的疏失性与滞后性。真挚、有效的人文关怀及适宜的实施方式会起到更好的激励作用,提升图书馆效益。浙江图书馆定期开展文娱活动、筹建设施完备的职工健身房、为职工的电动车充电等举措,及无歧视地对待正式员工、临时工、合同工的做法为其他公共图书馆提供借鉴。
Rules and regulations in the internal management of the library is not enough, because the system itself will never be able to cover every aspect comprehensively and quickly. Sincere and effective humane care, and suitable measures will play a better role in the upgrading of the library benefits. Zhejiang Library regularly carries out cultural activities, builds gymnasium, charges the electric car for the staff, and doesn't discriminatorily treat formal employees, temporary workers and contract workers. The practice of Zhejiang Library could provide references for other public libraries.
