摘要
公共图书馆的日常运作中,细节无处不在,贯穿于每个环节。归纳起来,图书馆的细节管理主要体现在两个方面:外部关系与内部管理。外部关系中的细节管理重点集中在环境布置与读者服务。内部管理更看重的是提升图书馆团队的整体素质、工作能力与效率。读者及图书馆均是图书馆细节管理的受益者。
The details exist in the day-to-day operation of public libraries. To sum up, the detailed management of the library is mainly reflected in two aspects: extemal relations and intemal management. The detailed management in extemal relations focuses on environmental layout and reader services. Intemal management attaches greater importance to the overall quality, the ability and efficiency of the librarian. Readers and libraries are both the beneficiaries of the detailed management.
