摘要
随着电子设备测试性设计技术的广泛应用,测试性建模与分析技术日益受到设计与分析人员的关注;为了实现对复杂电子装备测试性设计与分析,介绍了基于混合诊断建模的装备测试性设计与分析方法,并以典型的测量运算放大电路为例,借助Detex公司的eXpress软件平台,运用基于混合诊断模型的建模分析技术进行分析,并对设计指标进行了评价;结果表明,混合诊断测试性建模方法在复杂电子设备测试性设计与分析应用中是可行、有效的。
The testability modeling and analyzing technology for electronic devices becomes more and more important for designers and analyzers, with wide spread application of design for testability technology. To meet the needs of testability design and analysis for complex electronic equipments, a hybrid diagnostic modeling is introduced and used to set up the testability model of typical test amplifier circuit. By using hybrid diagnostic model and express software platform of Detex System Incorporation, it evaluates the testability design merits of the circuit. Results show that the hybrid diagnostic modeling method is feasible and effective in the testability dorian for electronic equipments.
