基于固有频率改变率的复合材料层合结构损伤定位研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究是在复合材料固化之前,将一定尺寸的聚酰亚胺薄膜插入复合材料结构中来模拟复合材料的脱层损伤.用自由振动的方法测定了含有损伤和无损伤复合材料悬臂梁的前三阶固有频率;结合有限元分析方法,对复合材料脱层损伤位置进行了识别.损伤位置的识别结果与实际结果基本一致.此方法对于解决复合材料结构损伤问题简单有效. The polyimide films were placed into composites before solidifying in order to simulate the damnification of composite laminations. The inherent frequency of damaged composites and undamaged composites was tested by using freedom vibration method. The damnification positions of the composite laminations were identified by adopting finite element method. The detection results agree with the actual results, which proves that the method is easy and efficient to solve composites damnification problems.
