此文较为系统地介绍了软胶辊的主要性能,制作要点和使用中应注意的问题,其中重点介绍了软胶辊的直径、套差、表面摩擦系数、硬度及压力等诸因素与成纱质量的关系。同时也指出了与软胶辊相匹配的RC—Ⅱ涂料在使用中应注意的事项。
This paper introduces systematically the main characteristics of soft rubber cots, outlines the key manufacturing techniques and the points to which special attention should be paid in use. The introduction is focused on the relationship between yarn guality and the factors like soft rubber cot diameters, fitting toler ance,coefficient of surface friction, hardness pressure and so on. The paper also points out what care shuld be taken of jwhen using the matched RC-2 coating.
