摘要
随着物流业的快速发展,物流成本管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素,物流成本节约对提高企业的经济效益和节约社会资源的意义更加显著,物流成本管理成为物流管理的核心内容。本文通过对企业物流成本管理中存在问题的分析,提出了强化物流成本管理的措施。
With the logistics industry rapid expansion, logistics cost management has become the key factor to gain the competitive advantage, logistics cost savings have more significant meaning to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and conserve social resources. In a word, logistics cost management has become the core content of the logistics management. Based on the analysis of problems in the enterprise logistics cost management, this article proposed measures to strengthen logistics cost management.
