多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆伴失语症的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价盐酸多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆(VD)伴失语症的疗效。方法将55例VD伴失语症患者随机分为盐酸多奈哌齐组(治疗组)27例和曲克芦丁组(对照组)28例。治疗组用盐酸多奈哌齐,5 mg/d,连用12 w;对照组用曲克芦丁,120 mg/次,3次/d,连用12 w。采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、改良巴氏指数评定表(MBI)及波士顿诊断性失语检查法(BDAE)失语严重程度分级评定疗效。结果治疗12 w后,治疗组与对照组比较MMSE、MBI和BDAE失语严重程度分级总分评定差异有统计学意义。治疗期间两药不良反应均轻微,患者易耐受。结论盐酸多奈哌齐治疗VD伴失语症安全、有效。
