摘要
回转体零件的轮廓识别对集成CAD/CAM,实现车削自动编程系统具有重要作用。提出了基于图形交换文件(DXF)的轮廓自动识别新算法,利用DXF图形存储特点和零件对称性去除尺寸标注、粗糙度和其他多余线等冗余信息,通过图元分解得到所有路径分支点,最后沿逆时针方向以最小夹角法搜索识别零件的外轮廓和内轮廓。该算法改进了以往算法的不足,已成功运用于车削自动编程系统,识别效果好。
The contour identification of axisymmetrical parts plays an important role in CAD/CAM integration and implementing automatic programming system for NC lathe machining. Presents a new algorithm for contour identification based on industrial data exchange standards, e. g. , DXF file, which can eliminate dimension, roughness, unwanted lines and other useless information, get all branch points through entity separation and search the contour anticlockwise by finding out minimum angle. The algorithm has been successfully applied to an automatic programming system for NC lathe machining center; its efficiency has been validated with real application.
