摘要
通过化学成分分析及金相检验手段,对3Cr13不锈钢传动轴表面细纹的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,3Cr13不锈钢中严重的带状组织偏析及大块状夹杂物是导致传动轴表面产生细纹的主要原因,同时,调质处理加深了表面细纹的扩展。
The causes on the surface crack of 3Cr13 stainless steel transmission shaft were analyzed by chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination. The results show that the severe banded structure segregation and large dimension inclusions existing in the raw material are the main reason to cause the surface crack of 3Cr13 steel transmission shaft, and the high temperature quenching and tempering induces the crack to expand quickly.
