摘要
某油田用抽油杆发生断裂,从断裂抽油杆的化学成分、材料硬度及断口宏微观形貌等方面进行了分析,认为抽油杆表面电镀耐蚀、耐磨层不均匀是导致抽油杆发生腐蚀疲劳断裂的主要原因。
The fractured sucker rod took place in an oil field, its chemical composition, hardness of material and microstructure of fracture and so on were analyzed. The results show that the main reason of causing the sucker rod corrosion-fatigue fracture is that the corrosion-resistance and wear-resistant coating plated on the surface of the sucker rod is discontinuous and uniform.
