摘要
为了研究木棉纱的织造可行性,根据木棉纤维的主要性能,对同纱号27.8 tex的纯木棉纱、棉木棉混纺纱与纯棉精梳纱的强伸性能、毛羽及耐磨性能进行了测试对比。结果表明:木棉纱强力比纯棉纱低,断裂伸长率比纯棉纱大,毛羽较多,耐磨性较差。认为可通过浆纱或混纺的方法来改善木棉纱性能,提高可织性,且木棉纱适合生产起绒织物或手感蓬松柔软的织物。
To research kapok yam weavability, based on its main properties, strength and elongation, hairiness and abrasion resistance of 27.8 tex yams including pure kapok yarn, cotton kapok blended yarn and pure combed cotton yam were tested and contrasted. The result shows that strength of kapok yarn is less than that of pure cotton yarn, its breaking elongation rate is larger than that of pure cotton yarn, possessing more hairiness and worse abrasion resistance. It is considered that kapok yarn property and weavability could be improved through sizing or blended spinning. Kapok yam is suitable for producing fleece fabric or hand bulk and soft fabric.
