摘要
为了自动标志数字化车间中的刀具资源,研究了含校验位的数据矩阵码编码技术,用软件实现了其算法并在某打标设备上成功实施,提高了刀具编码的纠错能力和系统的可靠性。
In order to automatically mark and identify manufacturing tool of a digital workshop, this paper researched encoding technology based on data matrix barcode and a checkout code, its algorithm was realized by a self-developed software and successfully applied in a marking device. The error-correcting encoding ability of the tool and the system reliability were greatly increased.
