摘要
用La-Ba-Ox-助剂作为甲烷氧化偶联催化剂,研究了从0.5ml放大到30ml和200ml装量时催化剂的稳定性。实验表明,在催化剂装量放大时用薄层反应器和通过反应条件的合理调整(如适当地降低反应空速与反应管外加热的温度等),使200ml装量的催化剂反应时床层热点温度与0.5ml催化剂床层的热点温度相差≤60℃,从而在CH4∶O2=(4.75~5.08)∶1、CH4空速5000h-1、催化剂床层热点温度840℃条件下,实现了200ml装置催化剂的1000h稳定运转,其C2选择性和收率分别保持在62.4%~71.9%和16.5%~17.3%,甲烷转化率为23.5%~26.6%。该结果与0.5ml催化剂装量的1000h稳定性实验结果基本一致。
The stability of La Ba Ox Promoter,which is used as the catalyst for oxidative coupling of methane,has been investigated inscaling up tests with the catalyst charging amounts increasing from o.5 ml to 30ml and 200ml respectively.The results show that using a thin layer fixed bed reactor and reasonably regulating reaction conditions such as CH 4 space velocity,preheating temperature,etc., made the maximum temperature difference between the catalyst beds of 0.5ml and 200ml equal or less than 60℃. After a 1000h continuous test run with 200ml catalyst at CH 4∶O 2=4.75~5.08∶1,CH 4 space velocity 5000h -1 and bed temperature 840℃, the structure and performance of the catalyst did not change a lot and the activity of the catalyst kept steady with C 2 selectivity and yield being 62.4%~71.9% and 16.5%~17.3% respectively,which is almost identical to the experimental result in a 0.5ml catalyst bed under the optimun reaction conditions.
