摘要
在H2SO4介质中,Mo(V)与SCN-生成的络离子能够熄灭罗丹明6G的荧光,加入聚乙烯酸(PVA-124)后,体系的荧光熄灭程度比不加时大23倍,Mo量在0.075-3.5μg/25mL范围内与荧光熄灭值△F成线性关系。本法灵敏度高,选择性好。
In the medium of H2SO4, the complex ion Mo (v )-SCN-can quench the nuorescence of Rh6Gquantitatively. The linear range is 0. 075- 3.5μg/25mL. The quenching of the system is increased by23 times in the presence of PVA-124.This method is htehly sensitive and selective, which is applied tothe determination of micro amount of molybdenum in alloy steel with satisfortory results.
