摘要 本文针对铸造结构大型电站风机用水冷式轴承座常因组织疏松、气孔、夹渣等缺陷而导致渗漏等质量问题的情况,在保证水冷式轴承座原有功能的前提下,设计了一种全新的焊接结构,经过实验和生产论证,采用全焊钢结构后,产品合格率高,生产工艺简单,且产品成本低,改造效果良好。 Up to now most key power stations use water-cooled axle-bearing base which is made via casting structure.Such facility is always met with quality problems due to its loose-structure,air-hole and lined crumbs.This thesis puts up a complete new process-design,based on huge quantities of research work in order to solve those defects,in which the water-cooled axle-bearing base is made by welding steel structure.The welding steel structure succeeds to solve water-cooled passage technical problem and it has been achieving positive effect via application and proof,based on detailed research from process-design to handicraft scheme.
