摘要
探讨性交后无血精的肉眼血尿的临床特点及诊治方法。性交后出现肉眼血尿的男性患者9例,不伴血精,1例合并前列腺增生。性交出现血尿时行膀胱镜检查,膀胱未见异常病变,输尿管口清晰,未见血尿喷出;9例后尿道膀胱颈部充血,有多个出血点;9例病人均行膀胱镜下电灼止血,并口服云南白药治疗。9例病人,治疗一周后再次性交,未出现肉眼血尿,但在2周～6周后血尿复发。可认为后尿道病变是性交后无血精的血尿的主要原因。性交后血尿时行膀胱镜检查是诊断的主要检查手段。口服云南白药及电灼出血点能短期止血,但长期效果不佳。
To study the clinical features, the diagnosis and treatment of post coital hematuria without hemospermia. 9 male patients with post coital hematuria without hemospermia were reported. 1 case had benign prostate hyperplasia. Cystoscopy showed many petechia with dilate vessels running over the surface of the post urethra, immediately after planned sexual interdourse. B-uhrasonography and MRI didn＇t reveal any abnormality, but BPH. Petechia were fulgurated. Oral Yunnan white powder was administered. Results ：9 patients had post urehra abnormality. At 1 week After theatment, post coital hematuria didn＇nt recuured in all patients. But from 2 week to 6 week, 9 patients had post coital hematuria recuurence. It is conclused that post urethra abnormality is the cause of post coital hematuria without hemospermia. Cystoscopy immediately after planned sexual intercourse is the super diagnosis method. Peroral Yunnan white powder and fulguration have a effect in shor period, but not in long-term followup.
