摘要
本文报告了5-(4-甲氧基苯偶氮)-8-(苯磺酰氨基)喹啉(MOPB-SQ)的合成及结构鉴定。建立了MOPBSQ-吐温80测钴的新荧光分析方法。方法的检测限为0.5ng/mL,线性范围为0~40μg/L,螯合物在λex/λem=341nm/405nm处产生强烈荧光。不经分离可直接用于维生素B12及蔬菜中痕量钴的测定。
In this paper,the synthesis and purification of 5 (4 methoxyphenylazo) 8 (benzenesulfonamido) quinoline (MOPBSQ) are described.The fluorimetic realtion of MOPBSQ with cobalt was studied in detail.The product has an intense fluorescence at λ em /λ ex =405nm/341nm.The detection limit is 0.5ng/mL.The linear range of determination is 0~40μg/L.This method has been used to determine trace Co(Ⅱ) directly in some vegetables and vitamin B 12 .
