64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与冠脉造影对不同程度冠脉病变的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋 CT 冠状动脉成像(64—slice spiral computer tomography)的临床应用价值。方法:43例病人先后进行64例病人先后进行64排螺旋 CT 冠状动脉成像和选择性冠状动脉造影(coronary angiogra-phy)。以 CAG 为诊断冠心病(coronary heart disease)的"金标准",比较64排螺旋 CT 检出 CHD 的敏感度,特异度,阳性预测值,阴性预测值和准确度。结果:64排螺旋 CT 显示中度或中度以上冠状动脉狭窄的第三度为86.6%,特异度为93.7%,准确度为91.3%,阳性预测值88%,阴性预测值93%。结论:64排螺旋 CT 冠状动脉成像是一种简单易行、安全可靠、风险小的无创性检查,可做为 CHD 的筛选手段、CHD 术后复查的方法。
