产脂肪酶细菌的筛选及产酶条件优化

摘要 从富油土壤中分离到9株产脂肪酶杆菌,其中BD3菌株产脂肪酶能力较强,通过测定其生理生化特征,初步鉴定该菌为假单胞菌属.对BD3菌株的发酵培养条件进行了优化,以橄榄油作碳源,蛋白胨为氮源,其发酵最佳温度为40℃,最佳pH值为6.5. 9 strains of bacteria producing lipase were isolated from rich oil soil. The lipase from BD3 has the highest activity in catalyzing glycerolysis of the oil. Strain BD3 was identified as Pseudomonas sp and the conditions of fermentation of lipase from producing strain BD3 were studied. It is found that the optimal temperature and pH were 40 ℃ and 6.5 respectively, with olive oil as carbon source and peptone as nitrogen souree.
