摘要
大白鼠承受+5Gz和+8Gz 3分钟的头—盆向超重后,用组织学方法测定了大脑皮层细胞色素氧化酶含量。结果表明,随着超重值的增加,大脑皮层细胞色素氧化酶含量逐渐增多。这一结果证明了在+Gz 作用时,脑的能量代谢发生了改变。
Cytochrome oxidases in the cerebral cortex of the rats exposed to+5Gz and +8Gz for 3 min were determined using histochemical tech-nique.It was found that content of cytochrome oxidase in rat'scerebral cortex increased with increase of G value.The results indi-cated that a change in brain energy metabolism occurred during +Gzstress.
