摘要
高年资护士是护理专业宝贵的人力资源,通过对国内外高年资护士的结构和管理现状进行比较,分析国内高年资护士流失原因,提出相应管理对策,以便合理利用高年资护士,避免护理人力资源的浪费。
The senior nursing staff are valuable human resources in nursing. This paper compared the structure and management of senior nurses between China and other countries,analyzed the reasons of turnover among senior nurses,and put forward corresponding management countermeasures,and thereby to rationally utilize senior nursing staff and avoid the waste of human resources.
