摘要
目的探讨分阶段对文职护士进行培养和考核的方法。方法采取分3个阶段规范培训、严格标准考核、全面客观评价的方法。结果第1批30名文职护士综合考核成绩优秀占6.67%,称职占83.33%,基本称职占6.67%,不称职占3.33%。29名文职护士顺利完成了阶段性培训考核。结论分阶段规范化培训可以提高文职护士的综合能力。
Objective To explore the methods of the phased training program for civil nurses. Method We adopted a standardized training program in three stages combined with strict and standard examination, as well as comprehensive and objective evaluation. Result In the first batch of training,29 out of 30 civil nurses passed the phased training and examination. The excellent rate, qualified rate, near qualified rate, and unqualified rate were 6.67% , 83.33% ,6.67% and 3.33% respectively. Conclusion The standardized phased training program is proved to be effective to improve civil nurses' comprehensive competence.
