黄芪对2型糖尿病大鼠脂质代谢的调控 被引量:4

摘要 目的黄芪对2型糖尿病大鼠脂质代谢的调控。方法将实验用6个月龄无特定病原体SPF级GK大鼠和Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病组、黄芪治疗组。治疗8周,观察治疗期间及治疗前后大鼠的一般状况、血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度酯蛋白、高密度酯蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、氧化低密度酯蛋白的影响。结果①造模2组大鼠均出现血脂异常;②黄芪能改善基本状况,黄芪能降低糖尿病大鼠的三酰甘油(P<0·05)、胆固醇(P<0·05)、低密度酯蛋白(P<0·05)、糖化血红蛋白(P<0·05)、氧化低密度酯蛋白(P<0·05),升高高密度酯蛋白(P<0·05)。结论黄芪具有调节糖尿病大鼠血脂作用。 Objective To observe the regulation of Stragalu on blood lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods Six months pecefic pathogen free(SPF)GK rats and Wistar rats were allocated to normal control group,model group and Stragalu group for 8 weeks.During and after the treatment, their general state,blood suger(BS),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and glycosylated low density lipoprotein(G-LDL).Results Stragalu could ecrease triglyceride(P〈0.05),serum cholesterol(P〈0.05),low density lipoprotein(P〈0.05),glycosylated hemoglobin(P〈0.05),and glycated low density lipoprotein(P〈0.05),increase high density lipoprotein(P〈0.05).Conclusion Stragalu could regulate lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats.
