摘要
数控加工仿真技术可以形象、直观地模拟数控加工的全过程,为验证数控加工程序的可靠性及预测切削加工过程提供了强有力的工具。介绍了数控加工仿真的关键技术——几何仿真技术、物理仿真技术和图像可视化技术,并分别对此3个数控加工仿真关键技术的研究成果进行分析评述,最后提出了数控加工仿真技术的发展趋势。
NC machining simulation technology can stimulate the whole process of NC machining vividly. An effective tool is provided in order to validate the reliability of NC machining program and forecast the cutting process. This paper introduces key technology of NC machining stimulation-geometry simulation technology, physical simulation technology and image visualization technology and respectively makes an analysis and review for research results of three key technologies of NC machining stimulation. The development trend of NC machining simulation technology is presented finally.
