摘要
卡波西肉瘤大致可分为4型：经典型、非洲型、HIV／AIDS相关型及免疫抑制相关型．其中HIV／AIDS相关型卡波西肉瘤病程进展迅速．预后差．我科近日诊治1例HIV／AIDS相关型卡波西肉瘤，并出现多脏器受损，现报告如下。
