摘要
在赣北湿地松子代试验林中随机抽取10个家系40个单株及赣中湿地松、火炬松、马尾松各8株,测定每株中单萜类组分:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、双戊烯、香叶烯、莰烯的百分含量,从中筛选出β-蒎烯比群体平均值分别高出26%和11%的湿地松优质家系2个。5个组分的遗传力分别在0.58~0.79之间,说明湿地松松脂中单萜类的化学组分受较强遗传因素控制,不同定植点组分平均百分含量大致相同也证明了这一点,选择育种潜力大。研究揭示了湿地松化学组成以α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯为主,两者是相斥关系,平均百分含量相等,遗传力相近;单株试材单萜类化学组分以α-蒎烯为主,还是以β-蒎烯为主,取决于家系遗传特性;湿地松β-蒎烯平均百分含量与马尾松之间差异极显著,湿地松、火炬松中双戊烯平均百分含量与马尾松之间差异显著,马尾松化学组成以α-蒎烯为主,与湿地松、火炬松之间差异不显著。
Resin components,namely-pinene,-pinene,dipentene,geronene,camphene were investigated for 10 families,consisting of 40 individuals, randomly selected from a progeny plantation located in northern Jiangxi Province,as well as 8 trees each for Pinus elliottii,P.teada and P.massoniana from the central Jiangxi.As a result of the study,two superior families of Pinus elliottii with 26% and 11% β-pinene higher than the average were selected.Heritability of 5 monoterpene components varies between 0.58-0.79.Selection of trees with high β-pinene is prospective,because it is genetically controlled.It is supported also by the fact that the resin components of Pinus elliottii,planted on different sites,primarily keep the same.Negative correction between α-pinene and β-pinene content in resin for Pinus elliottii was found.The α-pinene for P.massoniana is fundamental,while β-pinene -principal for P.elliottii.There are significant differences in β-pinene content between P.elliottii and P.massoniana,as well as in dipentene between P.elliottii,P.teada and P.massoniana.
